Reflection
“How can I improve?”
A coach in your corner, not a score on a wall.
What it is
Reflection is the inward, growth lens. An AI coach reviews your own sessions with you and runs growth sessions on your craft; programs authored by leads sit beside self-directed practice. It looks at what you could do next, not at what you already did.
The session record is a moment-by-moment account of a person working something out — unusually good evidence of how someone learns. That material is valuable and easy to misuse, which is why the lens is built to be confidential.
What it’s for
To turn that record into genuine growth — for the person being coached, on terms that make honesty safe — instead of leaving the most revealing signal of how someone learns to be quietly repurposed against them.
What lives inside
The AI coach
Reviews your sessions with you, for your benefit — a mirror you hold, not a report someone reads.
Growth sessions & programs
Structured practice from leads, alongside self-directed work on your own craft.
Quizzes as self-checks
Confidence instruments you see first — checks for you, not assessments of you.
Confidential by architecture
Transcripts and scores feed your coach and you; they never surface on anyone's dashboard.
In a faithful implementation, the coach works from your sessions, with you, and answers to you alone — what it sees reaches no dashboard by the shape of the system, not by a policy someone can amend. If the coach reports upward, it isn't Reflection.
